THE PROFILE

We are thinking of candidates who have several years’ experience in the main world wine markets and are used to working in dynamic contexts. Excellent knowledge of English and preferably of a second language is required, as well as knowledge of the main IT tools. Availability to travel is essential.

THE PERSON

We are looking for determined and enterprising people with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Aptitude for both autonomous and team work is essential, as is organisational ability. Customer and goal-orientation are qualities that cannot be lacking, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Define the business development strategy, in agreement with the owner;
Identify new growth areas;
Manage relations with importers/distributors, brokers and brand ambassadors;
Collaborate pro-actively with the commercial departments of the various wineries in the management and development of the assigned markets;
Monitor foreign market demand, current and future customer needs;
Supervise and control sales for the countries of reference;
Follow the promotion and launch of new products;
Participate in events and trade fairs.

Contract details and compensation has to be defined after a colloquium based on experience and personal skills.

THE PERSON

We are looking for determined and enterprising individuals with excellent communication and persuasive skills. Aptitude for working both independently and in a team is essential. Customer orientation and goal-orientation are must-haves. Previous experience in sales, support and customer care is welcome.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Managing the operational and commercial side as a back office employee;
Supporting the relevant area manager;
Managing customer orders and forwarding them to the wineries in the portfolio;
Contacting customers to understand their requirements and analysing their needs;
Securing and renewing orders for existing customers, thus maintaining the customer base;
Providing assistance to customers after the sale to resolve any problems that may arise, acting as an intermediary between customer and company;
Managing the company’s price list/catalogue of products on sale;
Controlling the logistical flow of customer orders.

Contract form: to be defined during the interview phase, in relation to experience and individual skills.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Ordinary accounting;
Recording and telematic transmission of passive and active invoices, including foreign transactions;
Customer and supplier accounting and CoGe;
F24 compilation;
Archiving and storage of recorded accounting documents;
Monthly account reconciliations;
Intrastat drafting;
Issuing of active invoices.

Contractual form: Employee contract with treatment related to the skills acquired.
