THE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates with a diploma or degree in economics, business or languages. Excellent knowledge of English and another European language is required. Knowledge of Russian is also appreciated.

THE PERSON

We are looking for determined and enterprising individuals with excellent communication and persuasive skills. An attitude for working both independently and as part of a team is essential. Customer orientation and the ability to achieve objectives are qualities you will not lack. Previous experience in sales, support and customer contact is appreciated.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Managing the operational and commercial side of the business as a back office employee;
Supporting export managers in your area;
Managing customer orders and passing them on to the wineries in your portfolio;
Contact with customers to understand their requirements and analyse their needs;
Securing and renewing orders to existing customers, thus maintaining the customer base;
Providing assistance to customers after the sale in order to solve any problem that may arise, acting as an intermediary between the customer and the company;
Managing the company’s price list/catalogue of products on sale;
Controlling the logistics of customer orders.

Contractual form: Employee contract with treatment related to the skills acquired.

An excellent knowledge of English and preferably of a second language is required, as well as knowledge of the main IT tools. A willingness to travel is essential.

Customer orientation and the ability to achieve objectives are qualities that you will not lack, as well as analytical and problem solving skills.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Identify new growth areas;
Manage relations with importers/distributors, brokers and brand ambassadors;
Collaborate pro-actively with the commercial managements of the various wineries in the management and development activities of the assigned markets;
Monitor the demand of foreign markets, current and future customer needs;
Supervise and control sales for the countries of reference;
Follow the promotion and launch of new products;
Participate in events and holidays.

Contract form: to be defined during the interview phase, in relation to experience and individual skills.
